I highly recommend Chris Poirier of Clear Direction Real Estate as a real estate rental management company. I have many rental houses in the North Texas area and I have had Chris Help me mange these rental houses for several years. Many of these houses are high end, ie requiring high rental fees, thus I have high expectation that the renters need to be qualified from both financially and credit standpoint. Chris has shown exceptional skill in evaluating and communicationg with potential renters, and has been very succesfully securing good. Christ has taken care of my properties.
