The inspection is helpful in so many ways. It is solid documentation of the condition of the property with a date and time stamp of all items at move in and move out, we’re talking walls, drains, showers, toilets, faucets, appliances, blinds, windows, fans and SO much more! This prevents most disputes with tenants and can save court hassles as well. Another benefit is, its a great way for landlords to get a glimpse of the condition between tenants. In addition, to find out about any natural deterioration that requires attention.
