Chris applies the valuable skills he has gained from his experience in customer service, to his negotiation techniques, while working relentlessly for his clients & negotiating on their behalf. Chris acts as a strong voice for his clients, ensuring that his clients’ needs/interests are handled with the utmost care. In his off time he spends his time coaching & counseling families in difficult financial situations as a Ramsey Solutions Master coach (Dave Ramsey).

Heidi is a dedicated professional focused on providing excellent customer service while building strong and lasting relationships. Heidi has 17+ years experience in customer service & understands the benefit and meaning of true customer satisfaction. Before real estate, Heid spent several years in sales & management working for a retail company. Heidi applies skills and knowledge she obtained while working in retail, to real estate as she diligently works for her clients negotiating on their behalf.

Kim Marin
Kim is a dedicated professional with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Over her successful career, she’s managed everything from large apartment complexes to single-family homes and everything in between. She represents buyers, sellers & landlords and is an REO expert.
During the 2008-2009 real estate and financial crisis, she was essential in helping her lender partners quickly find families for their vast sitting inventory.
Coming from a family of Realtors, real estate is in Kim’s blood. She prides herself on fostering strong long term client relationships, with generational return clients.
