I understand all keys, garage remotes, mailbox keys, gate cards, fobs, parking passes, and access devices must be returned by the Move-Out Date.

I understand the property must be left clean and in accordance with the lease and move-out instructions.

I understand the property must be free of trash, debris, furniture, boxes, chemicals, abandoned items, and personal property.

I understand that failing to vacate by the Move-Out Date may result in holdover rent or other charges as allowed by the lease.

I understand the landlord/property manager may have the right to place signs, show the property, or use a keybox according to the lease and applicable law.

I understand I remain responsible under the lease until the lease is properly terminated and all obligations are satisfied.
