All repair & Maintenance items are tracked and documented through “work orders” on your landlord portal, everything from tenant reported items to items we notice need to be done.
As a landlord, you will be notified of the request and what the cost will be for the repair. Upon your approval, we then coordinate these repairs for you and handle invoices and payments to vendors with no additional charges, markups or commissions (all plans beyond economy) . You pay the true Invoice for the repair and nothing more.
