Clear Direction Real Estate & Property Management values Realtor relationships. This page explains how landlord referrals, referral compensation, and relationship protection are handled.
The Clear Direction Realtor Referral Program is designed for licensed Realtors who refer property owners, investors, or landlords needing professional property management services.
A referral fee is generally earned when all required conditions are met:
Before referral compensation can be processed, Clear Direction may require:
Referral compensation is not based only on a signed management agreement. Compensation is tied to the referred property successfully funding and being placed under active management. Payment timing may depend on management setup, owner onboarding, collected management fees, and required documentation being complete.
Clear Direction is designed to be an extension of your professional toolkit—not a competitor to your client relationships. Think of us as your property management team. We handle the day-to-day management while protecting the Realtor relationship that brought the client to us.
If a referred owner is already known to, actively communicating with, or already working with Clear Direction, the referral may not qualify for compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Referral eligibility is determined based on timing, documentation, prior contact, and the specific facts of the situation.
Clear Direction may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the Realtor Referral Program at any time. Referral terms may vary based on the property, owner situation, brokerage requirements, management agreement, or written agreement between the parties.
This page is intended as a general program overview and does not replace a written referral agreement, brokerage agreement, commission agreement, or other required documentation. Final eligibility and payment terms must be confirmed in writing by Clear Direction Real Estate & Property Management.
